John M. Murray is the founder of John M. Murray Law Offices.  His practice focuses primarily in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury.  He also handles appeals and has personally argued before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. 

After completing his undergraduate studies at Central Michigan University, John attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He taught criminal and constitutional law among other areas to at risk students at an alternative high school in South Minneapolis. 

John has been recognized by the Minnesota Justice Foundation for providing legal services to the individuals in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota area. His public service includes pro bono legal services to defend individuals charged with criminal defenses; advising and assisting Native Americans on various issues affecting life on Indian reservations in northern Minnesota; and urban development projects in the Twin Cities.  

In his spare time, John enjoys traveling, watching the Minnesota Vikings, and hiking the many parks of Minnesota.  John currently resides in St. Paul, Minnesota.
